結合屋主喜好，從設計到選材，簡約二字貫穿始終。空間形態上，力求規整有序，拆除原始格局中玄關處的隔牆，將原廚房空間歸入餐廳，餐廳大氣朗闊，進門時也毫無壓抑之感。客餐廳不設阻隔，光線串聯，色彩呼應，公共活動區渾然一體。到頂的房門，簡約的電視牆、素色水泥磚，隱藏式管線，都迎合了屋主對簡約自在空間的追求。
· 客廳
黑、白、灰簡約配色，將屋主對簡潔品質生活的追求訴諸於空間。黑白兩色分層小几，將白色的高雅與黑色的大氣糅合。在客廳當中，黑白灰不再僅僅是作為顏色而存在，而是一種態度的表達和情緒的抒發。

電視背景牆呼應空間簡約氛圍，摒棄繁雜裝飾，只以櫃子本身形成的線條做牆面裝飾，利落的線條與體塊，視覺上形成強烈的秩序感。在陽臺引入光線的暈染下，牆面褪去冷硬，迴歸實用與大方。

空間重塑後，原來橫向佈局的廚房改為縱向佈置。冰箱櫃和島臺呈U形佈局，取洗切煮一氣呵成，烹飪動線得到優化。

餐廳上演冷暖變奏曲，溫潤原木做區域性櫃面，與剛硬的大理石餐桌形成強烈對照，冷和暖的概念界線在此被重新定義。

刷漆的石膏板搭配硬包材質做出背景牆，牆面上下分段設計，材質與色彩的對照，形成層次感更加豐富的空間形貌。大尺幅窗戶視覺上拓寬主臥格局，充分將陽光、綠植引入，實現居住空間與自然空間的互通共融。
